Sicora is one of the oldest members of The Black Circus. She is the representation of the Dark Arts Council. The true director behind the scenes. An elegant and prestigious woman who runs the tents, and the creatures that make up the circus. When enraged, she brings havoc to even the most experienced wizards known to inhabit the surrounding forests. She will continue to reign her power over the dark arts until the court finds her unsuitable.
